We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, Hondo, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.
Please note - we ship to Europe only from this website. If you would like to ship elsewhere in the world, please contact us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to dispatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once dispatched.
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be dispatched in two shipments, and you will receive two tracking codes.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, this will include your courier and your tracking reference. You can also login to your account to see order updates. Alternatively please contact us and we can provide you with an update.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THAT DID NOT SHIP?
All payment for orders will be taken once the order is placed. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a refund to the payment method used to place the order.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL?
If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here.
WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
CAN I GET MY YETI CUSTOMISED?
It’s currently not possible to order customised YETI’s in Europe, however we hope to bring this to Europe in the near future.
HOW DO I FIND AN AUTHORISED YETI DEALER?
We have several dealers throughout Europe and worldwide. Use our store locator to find one nearest you.
DOES YETI SELL PRODUCT ON EBAY OR AMAZON?
It is currently not possible to purchase YETI products through EBAY or AMAZON in Europe. Make sure you purchase directly from YETI.com in Europe to ensure you receive an authentic YETI.
CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT'S OUT OF STOCK?
If a product is out of stock, or if you can’t find a product you wish to purchase on our site, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
WHAT IS YETI'S PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?
We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.
WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE?
Once you add your YETI items to your shopping cart and go to the checkout, you can enter your promo code on the right hand side. On mobile you will need to click to expand “Show order summary”. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order, we are unable to provide a refund for any orders submitted without a promo code.

WHERE ARE YETI PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All of our products are labeled or marked with their country of origin. Some of our Tundra coolers and all of our LoadOuts are manufactured in the U.S. and are designated as such.
WHAT IS PROPOSITION 65 AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO YETI?
In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address growing concerns about exposure to certain chemicals, which requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in products. This warning appears on the Hondo Base Camp Chair, Bear Proof Locks, and the Security Cable Lock & Bracket in the form of the sticker or notice on the product for our California consumers. Please see below for an example of the warning label.
WARNING: This product can expose you to lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
INS AND OUTS OF THE YETI RETURN POLICY
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customised products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
You are able to return your item to us free of charge by reaching out to our Outfitter team here. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
It may take up to 3 working days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

We’re dedicated to making some of the most durable products on the planet. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if there’s an issue with your YETI product, we provide the below warranty.
Please note, these terms reflect the goodwill warranty offered by YETI (Europe) Limited of Office 111389 PO Box 6945 London, W1A 6US to its UK customers.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have purchased the product from a YETI authorised dealer;
- You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the YETI authorised dealer;
- You must return the product to YETI; and
- You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
- If the product has been customised by YETI, the customised mark will also be replaced.
If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. We unfortunately cannot replace customised marks at the current time. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.
We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Please note, these terms reflect the goodwill warranty offered by YETI (Europe) Limited of First Floor, The Landing, Redcliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6HU, UK to its European customers.
YETI does not provide any express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. However, you may also have other legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The warranty is only available in the United Kingdom. No YETI reseller, agent, or employee is authorised to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
- Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting our Outfitter Team. An Outfitter on our warranty team will respond back within 2-3 business days following a review of your request.
- If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorisation number (RMA#) and a pre-paid shipping label. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Products must be returned directly to YETI in adequate cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the RMA# must be included with the product.
- When the product has arrived back at YETI, the replacement product will be sent to you.
