Although we make every effort to begin delivering your gifts as soon as reasonably practicable, there may be delays and we strongly encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. All holiday shipping cut offs, delivery timelines, or estimated delivery dates are only estimates, are subject to change, and may have certain limitations or exclusions listed in our promotional terms and conditions and shipping policy below. YETI does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship your gift by these estimated dates. When do I need to order by to ensure my gift arrives in time for the holidays?
Order before December 16th 12:59pm GMT and YETI will make its best efforts to ensure that all eligible orders will arrive in time for holiday giving.**
Orders placed after 12:59 PM GMT may require an additional business day for processing. All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends.
You can also send your gifts with a message directly to the recipient by selecting “Send as a Gift” during check out.

YETI offers free standard shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in mainland Europe only.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. See below for more information on how long it will take for your order to arrive once despatched.
If you order both a small item, such as a Rambler, plus a larger item, such as a Tundra, your order may be despatched in two shipments.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a despatch email from us which will include a tracking number.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds.
